qwkzit is a framework for creating and maintaining websites. It is based somewhat distantly on the freeware roWiki created by Marc Rohlfing.

With qwkzit, a website can easily be established and then maintained by a family or small group using just an Internet browser program. A PHP enabled website host is needed, but most are.

qwkzit based websites use page templates and page content files, the latter being edited on line by anyone authorised to do so. This could be "everyone" but is generally limited for the usual reasons. Approved editors are given a special log-in procedure. Editors work using Wiki style marked up plain text - see Page markup for details.

The Qwkzit software is subject to Licence terms. Development is on-going but a "snapshot" may be available on request. Contact richard at nomaz dot co dot uk if you would like one.
